Affiliate Program Terms

Program summary and commercial terms

1. Program approval

Participation in the Sell More With Video Affiliate Program is subject to approval. We may accept or decline applications at our discretion.

2. Commission

Approved affiliates are eligible for a 50% commission on qualifying paid sales that are properly attributed to their affiliate referral, subject to these terms and any applicable refunds, reversals, chargebacks or fraudulent transactions.

3. Attribution

The program uses a 60-day cookie window. Attribution depends on valid tracking through the affiliate's assigned referral link and the tracking records of the program.

4. Payouts

Approved commissions are paid monthly once the affiliate has reached a minimum payout threshold of $50. Commissions may be held until the underlying customer payment is confirmed and the transaction is eligible for payout.

5. Promotion

Affiliates must promote Sell More With Video accurately and lawfully. Misleading claims, spam, impersonation, unauthorized brand bidding, fraudulent traffic, self-referrals intended to generate commission, or other abusive practices are prohibited. Paid advertising using Sell More With Video brand names or branded keywords requires prior approval.

6. Promotional materials

Approved marketing materials may be provided for affiliate use. Brand assets may not be altered in a misleading manner or used to imply ownership of, or official representation beyond, the approved affiliate relationship.

7. Adjustments

Commissions associated with refunded, reversed, charged-back, cancelled, fraudulent or otherwise non-qualifying transactions may be declined or reversed.

8. Program changes

Sell More With Video may update program terms, promotional rules or program operation. Material changes will apply prospectively as communicated or published.

9. Termination

Either party may end the affiliate relationship. Unpaid commissions remain subject to validation and these terms. Serious abuse or fraud may result in forfeiture of affected commissions.
