Affiliate Program Terms

1. Program operator

The Sell More With Video Affiliate Program is operated by Prime Web Consulting LLC.

2. Commission

Approved affiliates earn 50% commission on qualifying paid sales attributed to their affiliate tracking link. A commission becomes payable only after the underlying customer payment is successfully received and remains valid.

3. Attribution and cookie period

The standard attribution window is 60 days. Tracking is subject to the customer using the affiliate link and to technical limitations such as browser settings, cookie deletion and privacy controls.

4. Payouts

Affiliate commissions are processed monthly. The standard minimum payout threshold is US $50. Approved payout methods and any required payment details are communicated through the affiliate relationship or affiliate portal.

5. Qualifying sales

A qualifying paid sale must be genuine, successfully paid, correctly attributed and not cancelled, refunded, reversed, fraudulent or otherwise invalid. Commissions associated with invalid or refunded transactions may be declined or reversed.

6. Promotion standards

Affiliates must represent Sell More With Video accurately and lawfully. Misleading claims, spam, impersonation, fraudulent traffic, deceptive advertising and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited. Paid advertising using Sell More With Video brand names or branded search terms requires prior written approval.

7. Disclosure

Affiliates are responsible for clearly disclosing their commercial relationship with Sell More With Video wherever required by applicable advertising, consumer-protection or endorsement rules.

8. Approval and termination

Applications are reviewed individually. Prime Web Consulting LLC may reject an application or suspend or terminate participation for breach of these terms, fraud, abuse, reputational risk or other legitimate business reasons. Valid commissions earned before termination remain subject to these terms and applicable law.

9. Changes

Program terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will apply prospectively where required by law or existing agreements.
